I have been flat out miserably bad with working out since I found out I was pregnant back in September. Granted the first trimester I was tired and nauseous all the time, and literally didn't have the energy anymore. Then the holidays hit. I am now out of excuses though. I figure if I post on here in the morning what I'm going to do that day, then I'm at least somewhat accountable for making sure I follow through. So here is how today is going to work.
Breakfast - bagel and milk
Lunch - protein shake & piece of toast
Workout - 30DS while the kids nap
quick shower
guiltless me time
Dinner - steak, salad, baked potato
